Construction of a commercial and service building with warehouse and delivery facilities with a built-up area of 2,840.30 m2 and a cubage of 21,779.60 m3, including internal and external installations, construction of a parking lot, land development, construction of connections: water supply, rainwater and sanitary sewage, and heating, power engineering, reconstruction of roads, street lighting lines, public exits.
